Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2018
– reduced price multiple entry offer –
In response to demand, the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships has extended its wine producer offer. UK-based importers, merchants and retailers can now also take advantage of the CSWWC’s volume discounts when entering multiple wines to this year’s competition.
Volume discounts of 5% will apply to entries of 3 or more wines, whilst discounts of 10% are available to those companies entering 10 or more wines.
Deadline for entries is: 29th March 2018
The CSWWC is the most respected, comprehensive and rigorous international sparkling wine competition in the world, judged exclusively by renowned fizz experts Tom Stevenson, Essi Avellan MW and Dr Tony Jordan, together with permanent reserve judge George Márkus. No other fizz competition is as tough, nor can match the consistency and accuracy of judging.
Open to effervescing quality wines of every style produced anywhere on the planet, all wines entered into the CSWWC are judged blind and evaluated strictly within the context of their origin and style. Although the judges will categorise the wines as Gold, Silver, Bronze, Commended, and No Award, we select and publish only the very best as winners, rejecting Bronze and lower awards (Silver and below for Deluxe Champagnes).
Medal results will be released in July, with the top World Champions being crowned at an official Championships Dinner in London on Wednesday 24th October. All awards will also be published in The World of Fine Wine and The Buyer.net
Gold medal winners will also have the chance to showcase their wines at the prestigious Fine Minds for Fine Wines conference in Champagne from 5th to 7th July. Find out more here www.fm4fw.org
